Hi, I have just bought a notebook with a Tv board integrated but the problem is the antenna: I would like to watch the tv everywhere in my house, without connecting anything to the pc. In my house my pc is connected to a wireless net and I have a traditional antenna slot and a free satellite decoder with motorized parabola. Exists something than let me see the traditional and satellite tv on my pc using the wireless connection? I know that i could transmit in streaming but I need a pc connected to the antenna and a very fast net; it's expensive and I don't know if it is worth. I know that there are audio and video repeaters (Cobra, Rimax, Philips) but they need power, It would be a good solution but the receiver would have to be something very little like a usb stick or a PCIMCI board but does it exist? Thank you __________________ You have never see corporate gift like these? (...

I've noticed the space on the D: drive from my microsoft systems management server has become very low. I've found out that it's coming from the ccr.box folder (D:\SMS\inboxes\ccr.box). There are over 10 million files! It's my understanding that these files are configuration requests for client installatons. Can someone please explain how I can stop them from being created?

I want to print from the remote computer (when I use Remote Desktop Connection) to a local printer that is plugged into my local computer via USB.  The port its on is USB001.  When I connect I do have the checkbox checked for local printers.  All of my network printers show up on the remote computer but not my local printer plugged in with a USB cable. Any ideas?

Following setup wont work 1 Domain Controller 1 Standars 2003 Server with Terminal Server Installed with the 120 Days grace period The Users for wich I will allow RDP to the Standard 2003 server are registred in the local Remote Desktop group, on the domain group and under the Terminal Server Config under RDP. Still i get the ERROR message To log on to this remote computer, you must have Terminal Server User Access permissions on this computer. By default, members of the Remote Desktop Users group have these permissions. If you are no a member of the Remote Desktop Users group or another group that has these permissions, or if the Remote Desktop User group does not have these permissions, you must be granted these permissions manually. I have also granted to log onto terminal server in the group policy for the domain and the domain controllers, where the users also are added. In the error log it says it cant find the license server. I says like this The terminal services http...

A Windows application will be sending requests via .Net.Mail or CDO to an internal Domino SMTP mail server. The application lives on a server and users are running the app via MS Terminal Services. What IP address will be seen by the SMTP server? Will it be the Terminal Server's internal address or the internal of the session? If two folks send messages from two different sessions, will SMTP see one or two IP addresses?

Hi All, Thanks in advance for your assistance. I'm running a Restore Test using Backup Exec 11d.  I want to redirect the files elsewhere as this is only a test. However, when attempting to choose my file redirection, I was unable to do so. The only thing that comes up is "All Resources". No other selection is available. I'm attaching a print screen so it will be easier to see what I'm talking about. Thanks Again.

I  use Backup Exec 11d to backup my server.  I am currently using 2 500GB WD external USB hard drives in a weekly rotation.   Both Drives are given drive letter P:/. Tuesday, the drives get swapped.  Tuesday night a Full backup runs.  T, W, T, F, M I get Differential backups. Right now, whenever we swap the drives, the job starts and errors out with the message the back to disk folder is offline.  If you manually tell the drive to go online, the job runs ok. I am trying to find the "Best" way to use a 2 drive rotation in BUE.  Should I make 2 back to disk folders, with different drive letters and tell the job to pick the first available drive or should I create a removable back to disk folder for the drives? With Removable B2D folders, would I set both drives with the same drive letter or would that cause the same kind of problem I am having now? Thanks

I have two different Citrix server farms: 1.) 4 Windows 2000 servers in a Citrix MetaFrame XP farm. - EXISTING PRODUCTION 2.) 4 Windows 2003 servers in a Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 farm. - SOON TO BE PRODUCTION One of the applications that I need to publish will not run on a Windows 2003 system, it must remain for now on the Windows 2000 platform. One of my options to consider is setting up a Windows 2000 server, installing CPS4.5, adding it to my new farm, and publishing my application from there. Is this a configuration that is supported?

We have an HP LaserJet 1018 printer and when printing PDF files, we get an error that says: "Spooler SubSystem App has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience." This will stop the Print Spooler service and every attempt to start it back up will cause it to crash again unless you quickly enable it then cancel all documents in the printer's queue before it crashes again. I have followed the instructions here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/324757 numerous times to uninstall all of the printer drivers and reinstall them. I have attempted to print via Foxit Reader and Adobe Reader and the problem persists. I have installed the following printer drivers hoping they would be compatible and work: Laserjet 5 HP Universal Printing driver LaserJet 1010 LaserJet 1015 When installing one of the above drivers, the printer simply does not print. Anyone know of any drivers I can use for this 1018 or a way to resolve this spooler subsystem error?
